Looking For Future Jobs

At present I am currently in communication with photographers and event organisers to pursue a career in photography and to broaden my prospects. Social media platforms have provided me with opportunities to photograph events such as weddings, parties and community events which in turn could create future career opportunities. Many opportunities have conflicted with my current employment which has unfortunately led me to decline the job offers. This is an element that I fear I may have to battle with future job opportunities as I am loyal to my current employer for the past five years and as a student I can only undertake weekend work which is when most of the opportunities arise. Photography is a path I would like to pursue as a career but the uncertainty, inconsistency and lack of financial stability concerns me moving forward with a career as a photographer.
